Is the angle of the full circle ment in radiants or degrees?

And the lostnumbers are 4 8 15 16 23 42
is lostnumber[0]=4? because at programming (c++) the first index is 0
and is lostnumber[7]=4815162342?

Hope I may ask this question and they do not give away too much of the solution.

1: It's ment in degrees.
2&3:Image it would be an array; $numbers[]=[4,8,15,16,23,42], yes, like in c++. But lostnumber[7] is not 4815162342.

but what is lostnumber[7] then? there are only 6 numbers, if it's like in C++, the last number (42) has the index 5....so i miss two numbers here??
