Am I the first one to have solving problems for this level ?

I'm trying to find the difference between the two pictures using the usual tools like Photoshop, Irfanview, Hex editor. I see some differences but nothing seems correct.

Can I get a little hint ?

well i'm sure you're not the first with problems for this level...but like many other levels nobody asks for help...well this challenge can be solved with at least two ways...first way:the old-time Photoshop...first match the pictures and then find the DIFFERENCEs...the other way is by programming a tool that find the different PIXELS(not bytes) in the two pictures.
