Manual solution submission

Hi admins,
My account on the forum does not have access to post in the manual submissions area. Is there some setting I need to change? I've checked and my email account is specified so that's not the issue...

Hmm I rechecked the permissions but they appear to be right, but I see that there is a problem with that one.
