I know what to do in this challenge, I nearly solved it, I just don't know how to "translate" the parts that start with "0"?

If you are using an automated translator, it's probably replacing those parts with something unreadable or skipping them entirely. Try looking them up in a table instead. You can probably already guess what the first one is supposed to be, so see if you can apply the same method to the others.
