We receive temporarily new challenges by users, but from now on I'd like to have this a little.. better structured. As we don't use every challenge as soon as we receive them it can be forgotten or we won't find it again etc.

Everyone can post in it, but it can only be read by admins.
If you have a file to attach, the best would be if you use a template from one of the challenges already online, upload it and link it, or send it by email to all admins that everyone know what we are talking about.
In general for creating challenges we’d like to see creative, non-standard ideas. It should not be something where too much luck is needed, or something that can’t be solved in another way than knowing it by first view. There can always be a good hint embedded in the challenge text. If you don’t have an idea about what the challenge text could be, you can leave that to me, I know enough about LOST to find something.
In the end add what is the best way to solve it and what you were thinking while creating if possible. That's the best way for us to see how good a challenge is, and to do the final decision: do we add it, or not.
